Our commitment to exceptional service started early on when we provided the initial service to Canteen Corporation at their new location in San Jose, known as IBM. Over the years, we have served corporate food services at renowned locations such as Syntex Laboratories, Fairchild Semi-Conductor, Lockheed, Amelco, National Semi-Conductor, and many more.
Today, Galli continues to serve prominent corporate entities including the San Jose and Santa Clara Convention Centers, HP Arena, Nividia, Symantec, and KLA. We work directly with specified growers to source a wide range of products, from Romaine Hearts and Iceberg Lettuce to Tomatoes, Field Greens, Squashes, and various other items.
Unlike consortiums that prioritize price negotiations, Galli focuses on the true cost of the product. We believe that knowing the exact cost after processing is essential for operators to make informed decisions. Additionally, we have direct relationships with local growers who provide specialty items, including organic products. Upon request, we can even provide Farmers Market-style service.
