OUR FACILITIES

The Galli Produce site is centrally located in the South Bay with easy access to all major freeways. It has the facilities and equipment to help us meet all of our customers' needs, including:

• Our own big rigs that haul field-fresh local produce.
• A fleet of 15 bob-tail refrigerated trucks for normal delivery routes and to accommodate special delivery requests.
• To keep the company's around the clock operations flowing smoothly, there is a crew of 50 warehouse/drivers personnel. They are kept up to date on all items and trained to fill orders.
• Refrigerated warehouse storage that maintains peak quality of produce.
• Packing and sorting rooms, a large freezer, and a "cool room" and "Heat Room" for ripening
• Prep Room for processed items made and distributed for custom orders.
• Separate shipping and receiving docks.

As an essential food supplier, Galli Produce Company is open and supplying it’s Food Service, Hospital, Assisted Living and Restaurant clients daily.

- Delivery schedules vary as we are short staffed.
